Please help the American Cancer Society finish the fight against cancer.
Since the inception of the first Waco Cattle Baron’s Ball in 1993, over $8.3 million has been contributed to local and national cancer support services, as well as groundbreaking cancer research. In Texas alone, the American Cancer Society is funding 58 grants totaling over $37 million dollars at Baylor College of Medicine, The University of Texas at Austin, Texas A&M University as well as nine other major research colleges and centers here in Texas.
As in past years, a special portion of all proceeds from the live auction will go towards our designated focus area of gastrointestinal (GI) cancer, which encompasses the group of cancers that affect the GI track and other related organs, from esophageal cancer to cancer of the stomach and stomach lining, pancreatic, colon, and more.
We would like to personally invite you to be a part of this important and meaningful work to create more awareness about cancer, support more victims through their recovery, and save more lives.
Join us at the American Cancer Society Central Texas Cattle Baron's Ball on June 27, 2020, for a one-of-a-kind evening, featuring great food, dancing, a spectacular auction, and much more. With your support, the American Cancer Society saves lives by helping people stay well and get well, by finding cures, and by fighting back against cancer.
The American Cancer Society is working to finish the fight against every cancer in every community. We are the largest private, not-for-profit funder of cancer research in the United States, investing more than $4 billion since 1946. Thanks in part to our contributions, more than 1.5 million lives have been saved in the US in the past two decades. Now, that is a reason to celebrate, so please join us.
We hope to see you there!

For more than 100 years, The American Cancer Society has been leading the fight to end cancer. With your support, we have helped usher in an era where more people survive cancer than ever before. By translating our research findings into action, we've seen a 20% decline in US cancer death rates since the early 1990s.
